If you choose this second option, you will be asked to provide:

    • Your MyPCC username
    • Your MyPCC password
    • Your Banner username
      • You can actually leave the Banner User Name field blank if you are accessing your own Banner reports, or if you are accessing Limited Access Directories. (See the next section for information about accessing other users' reports.)

       2. Click Submit.

       3. Banner Report Viewer will open and you will be taken to your list of reports.

       4. Click on one of the paper size options to the left of your report title. We recommend "LC" for Landscape Compressed in most cases.

    • L = View the report in Landscape format
    • LC = View the report in Landscape Compressed format
    • P = View the report in Portrait format
    • LG = View the report in Legal-sized format
    • PC = View the report in Portrait Compressed format
    • D = This option is for downloading reports.

Your report will open with Adobe Acrobat Reader, and you will be able to print and/or view it. To print, go up to "File" ---> "Print" at the top of your screen, or click on the Print icon. If you have trouble getting your report to open with Adobe Acrobat Reader, call the Help Desk at x4400. (You may need to download Adobe Acrobat Reader.)

View Other Banner-Users' Reports

If your job requires you to view Banner reports that others have created, here's how to access another users' reports:

  1. Click on the “View Other Reports” link at the top of your list of reports.

  2. Enter the Banner username of the person who ran the report you wish to view, and the Banner report name you wish to view.

  3. Press Submit.

Please note that you will not be able to access reports created by others if you do not have permission to view that report. For example, if you do not have the additional permissions required to run and view Banner HR reports, you also cannot view HR reports created by others.
