Ad Hoc Reports are reports that have been created for various specialized reporting processes. They can be utilized by anyone at the college. You no longer need to type GWAADHO, instead you type the report name (such as sf_score_roster or t_detc) from the menu.

General Directions

...for Running an Ad Hoc Report

  1. From the main Banner Menu page, type t_detc, then press Enter on your keyboard.

  2. Click the Go button.

  3. Press the Next Section  icon.

    In a moment, your curser will appear in the Values column of the "Parameters" section.

      4. Type in the values you want. (The values you type will depend on the specific Ad Hoc report you have chosen to run.)

      5. When you are finished entering your values, click the Save button.

     6. The report will run overnight and will show up in Report Viewer the following day the report was completed.
