The Banner report NWREPRV gives you the details of an EPAF (Electronic Personnel Action Form) in printable format. You can get details about whether the EPAF was approved. This report can be run to show details about a single EPAF, all EPAFs created by a specific user between a range of dates, or all EPAFs created for a specific employee.

Please note that if changes were made to the EPAF after it was submitted, these changes will not appear in the report. This is the ‘original hiring document’ and it only shows what was originally authorized.

Directions:
  1. From the Banner Main Menu, type NWREPRV, then press Enter.

  2. Click the Go button.
  3. Click the Next Section  icon to get to the 'Parameter Values' block.

  4. Press Tab (or click with your mouse) to move your curser to the right-side column, "Values."

  5. Use the table below as a guide for filling in the Parameter Values.

Parameter

What to Type

01 Originator – User Name

The Banner login name of the person who created (‘originated’) the EPAF(s).

You can leave this field blank if you want.

Use this if you only want to see transactions that a specific user has entered. You should also enter parameter 06 if filling in this parameter.

02 Transaction Number

The transaction number of the EPAF you want to print. (Look in your EPAF History tab to get the number.)

Leave this field blank, unless you want to print a single EPAF only.

If you populate this field, leave all the other parameters blank.

03 FROM Effective Date

If you want to see all EPAFs a given user has created between a range of dates, enter the FROM (earliest) Date here.

The status of EPAF Transactions you want to see (Completed? Pending? etc.)

C = Completed; P = Pending

You can leave this field blank if you want. However, if you populated Parameter Values 01, 03, 04 or 05, you should fill in this parameter. Otherwise you might be flooded with all of your ‘in process’ EPAFS such as Voided EPAFS, Returned for Correction, etc.

  1. Once you have entered all the desired parameters as detailed above, click the Next Section  icon.

  2. Click the Save button.
