The Banner report NWRJHIS gives you a listing of all jobs that a given employee has held at PCC. Details include job titles, effective dates, annual salary, pay rates, and employee class. This report is especially helpful for obtaining a list of all jobs performed by an instructor or casual employee.

Directions:
  1. From the Banner Main Menu, type NWRJHIS, then press Enter.

  2. Click the Go button.
  3. Click the Next Section to get to the "Parameter Values" section.

    (Or, just click with your mouse in the third section, "Parameter Values.")

  4. Enter the Parameter Values you want for your report in the "Values" column on the right side. Use the table below as a guide.

The Employee Class Code for the job class (Classified? Casual? Academic Professional?) you want to view job details about

Leave Blank for all jobs associated with this employee, OR:

03 Position

Not required --

The Position Number, if you want to view just one position

Leave Blank for all jobs associated with this employee, OR:

Look up the specific position # you want in NBIPORG or NBAJOBS.

04 Suffix

Not required --

The Suffix Number, if you want to view just one position and suffix number

05 Query Date

The "as of" date for the information you want.

Leaving this field blank will give you a listing of ALL jobs the employee has held at PCC

      5. When you have finished entering the Parameter Values, press Next Section  again.

    • If you wish to save your Parameter Values as the defaults for the next time you run NWRJHIS, 'check' the checkbox "Save Parameter Set As." (This is optional)

      6. Click the Save button.

      7. Open Report Viewer and view your report.

      8. To exit the screen, click the exit Exit icon.
