With the Banner report PWRFTFA, you can get a complete list of all Full-Time Faculty associated with your department's subject areas. In addition, the report displays assessment information that has been submitted to Human Resources and includes: Instructor Name, Organization Code, First Appointment Date, Job Description (subject/s taught), and Review Type Description (such as FAC/ETS Continuous). If assessment information has been submitted to HR, the report also displays the name of the person who did the assessment and the date it was completed.

You can run this report for a full or partial Organization Code (such as C402%) and you can sort by "O" for Orgn Code or "N" for employee Name. The report can be downloaded into Excel or Word.

Directions:
  1. From the Banner Main Menu prompt, type PWRFTFA, then press Enter on your keyboard.

  2. Click the Go button.
  3. Click the  Next Section  icon.
    (Or, just click with your mouse in the "Parameter Values" section as shown in the picture below.)
    This will move your curser to the "Parameter Values" section.
  4. In the 'Values' column on the right side, enter the Parameter Values as indicated below.

01 Orgn Code

Required -- Enter the department Orgn Code (budget code) associated with the Full Time Faculty members you want.

Example: A40203 = SY Computer Applications & Office Systems Dept.

You can use a partial Orgn Code if you would like an entire division or campus; for example:

Example: A402% = Sylvania's Business, Computer Tech. and Real Estate Division

 

 
02 Employee ID

Optional -- The G Number of the faculty member you wish to specify.

If you don't want to narrow your report down based on instructor, leave the default of % for all.

 
03 Export File

Enter Y for Yes or N for No.

'Yes' creates an additional .dat (data file) that you can download onto your computer (for example to Excel or Word).

 
04 Sort

How do you want your report results to be ordered?

O = by Orgn. Code

N = by Name of faculty member

 

 

      5. After completing the parameter values above, click the Next Section  icon.

      6. Click the Save button.

      7. Open Report Viewer and view your report
