The Banner report SWRFFTE not only provides you with a list of all instructors teaching classes in your department or academic subject, it also shows instructor workload -- including overload and non-instructional workload such as Faculty Release.

swrffte report

Depending on the parameter values you select, SWRFFTE can be run to show instructor workload for an entire department, workload for all instructors of a certain type (for example, Part Time Faculty), or a single instructor’s workload. The report also shows all CRN's, Subject and Course Numbers (such as BI 102) associated with an instructor or instructors for the term you specify.

For a workload report based on campus, course, and/or CRN, use the report SWRIFTE instead.

Directions:
  1. From the Banner Main Menu, type SWRFFTE, then press Enter on your keyboard.

  2. Click the Go button.
  3. Click the Next Section icon.
(Or, just click with your mouse in the "Parameter Values" section, right side.)
This will move your curser to the "Parameter Values" section.
