The Banner report SWRIFTE shows instructor workload by campus, course number, and CRN. SWRIFTE shows the original workload plus the override workload for each Attendance Method, Campus code or Subject code entered (multiples allowed). This report also gives the total workload for the selected CRNs, broken down by type (Part Time, Overload, No Pay, etc.)
To view a workload report sorted by instructor, use SWRFFTE instead.
- From the Banner Main Menu prompt, type SWRIFTE, then press Enter on your keyboard.
- Click the Go button.
- Click the Next Section
(Or, just click with your mouse in the "Parameter Values" section, right side.)
This will move your curser to the "Parameter Values" section. icon.
4. In the 'Values' column on the right side, enter the Parameter Values as indicated below.
What to Type
01 Schedule Term
The academic Term -- for example, 201403 for Summer 2014.
(This report is designed to be run for one term at a time.)
02 Attendance Method
Optional -- The Attendance Method code(s) for the department program(s) you wish to specify -- for example, N4 for PCC Prep Alternative Programs.
If you don't want to narrow your report down based on Attendance Method, use "%" for all.
You can specify multiple Attendance Methods by typing in the first code, then clicking on theInsert icon. In the blank line that appears, type "03" (for parameter #3) and then type in the second attendance method code in the "values" column.
03 Campus Code
Optional -- The course campus Code for the campus you want:
1 = Sylvania
2 = Cascade
3 = Rock Creek
4 = SE Campus
(Note: Until Spring 2015, '4' was used to designate the 'Extended Learning Campus', which included SE Campus as well as Workforce and Community Education classes)
W = Workforce and Community Education (from Summer 2015 to the present)
5 = Contract Out of District
6 = Education Services
7 = Tillamook Bay
8 = Columbia Gorge
If you don't want to narrow your report down based on campus, use "%" for all.
04 Subject Code
Optional -- The academic subject for the program(s) you wish to specify -- for example, BI for Biology.
If you don't want to narrow your report down based on Subject Code, use "%" for all.
You can specify multiple Subject codes; see "Attendance Method" details instructions above for directions.
05 Session Code
Optional -- The session code(s) you wish to specify.
If you don't want to narrow your report down based on Session Code, use "%" for all.
|06 Last Part of Term Start Date|
Optional -- Type the latest course start date for the courses you want your report to include. (Example: 12-JAN-2015.)
- After completing the parameter values above, click the Next Section
- Click the Save icon.
