The Banner report SWRNOGR shows students who have received no grade for a given group of classes. It is especially helpful to run this report just before the deadline for entering grades each term.

swrnogr report

SWRNOGR shows each CRN (course reference number) and lists students who have not received grades, along with each student's G Number, how and when the student registered, and more. Students who have received a grade will not be listed. More specifically, SWRNOGS shows any active, gradable registration that has no temporary grade (pre-roll) and no transcript grade (post-roll) for the course in question.

  1.  From the Banner Main Menu, type SWRNOGR, then press Enter on your keyboard.

  2. Click the Go button.
  3. Click the Next Section icon.
(Or, just click with your mouse in the "Parameter Values" section as shown in the picture below.)
This will move your curser to the "Parameter Values" section.
