SWRWLRP is a Banner report that provides a list of students who have been automatically moved from "waitlist" status into specific classes during a specified time period.

The completed SWRWLRP report will display the name, term, subject and course, CRN, Student ID#, and telephone number for all students moved from "waitlist" status to "registered" status during the time period and subject area you specify.

Directions:
  1. From the Banner Main Menu, type SWRWLRP, then press Enter on your keyboard.
  2. Click the Go button.
  3. Click the Next Section icon. 

               (Or, just click with your mouse in the "Parameter Values" section as shown in the picture below.) This will move your curser to the "Parameter Values" section.

 

     4. Use the table below to determine what to type in the "Parameter Values" section. All parameters are required.

01 Term Code

The academic Term for the class(es) in question --

Term Codes:
Winter 2014=201401
Spring 2014=201402
Summer 2014=201403
Fall 2014=201404
etc.  
02 Attendance Method
The Attendance Method code for the department/program(s) you specify --
Example: N4 for Alternative Programs
(Refer to the list of Attendance Methods if you don't know the code associated with your department.)

More than one line can be entered for this parameter by using the " Insert Record" icon.

03 Subject CodeSubject code(s) for the subject areas you specify --
Example: DH for Dental Hygiene

More than one line can be entered for this parameter.

04 Instructional Method

Type % for all instructional methods

OR

If you want to narrow down your report based on the instructional method (for example, WEB for online courses), enter the instructional method code.

05 SortSort Order for your report --
1 to sort by Subject Area, 2 to sort by Attendance Method.

      5. When you are finished completing the above parameters, click the Next Section  icon.

      6. Click the Save button.
