The Banner report SWRFTEX gives you a summary of total FTE, unduplicated headcount, and enrollment (seats taken) for a given group of classes. It provides a "snapshot" of enrollment / FTE / headcount numbers as of Week 4 or the end of a given term.

SWRFTEX shows enrollment numbers separately for new, continuing and returning students, and then provides a total for all three groups combined. This report draws from "extract" Banner data, meaning that it shows static numbers based on a given point in time (end of week 4, or end of term, whichever you specify).

  • New student: First term of enrollment at PCC
  • Continuing student: Continuing enrollment from prior term (continuation to fall term may be from either the preceding spring or summer term)
  • Returning student: Re-enrolled for classes after stopping out for one or more terms
