Banner Combined Population Selection -- SFRSCHD (Student Schedule)

sfrschdThe SFRSCHD (student schedule) report can be used with the Combined Population Selection process to create student schedules for an entire group of students at one time. It includes each student's name, G Number, and classes for the term. For each class, SFRSCHD shows the CRN, course title, subject/course number, credit hours, start and end dates, times, location, and instructor.

  1. From the Banner Main Menu, type SFRSCHD, then press Enter.

  2. Click the Go button and then Next Section  icon to get to the "Parameter Values" block.

  3. On the right side of the Parameter Values section, complete the parameter values as shown:

Type in the Term Code for the term you want to print schedules for.

Example: 201204 for Fall 2012

03: Start Range From Date(We recommend leaving this field blank)
04: Start Range To Date(We recommend leaving this field blank)

06: Instructional MethodType %

07: Address Selection Date

Type in today's date (if it does not already appear).

Example: 02-DEC-2012 for December 2, 2012

08: Address Hierarchy

Leave default of 1MA

09: Printer(Leave this field blank)
10: Campus Processing Indicator(the default)
11: Campus(We recommend leaving this field blank)

12: Selection Identifier

Type in the name you gave to your Combined Population Selection in earlier steps (all CAPS).

13: Application CodeType STUDENT in CAPS

14: Creator ID

Type in your Banner login, in CAPS.

15 Run in sleep/wake mode(the default)
16 Sleep Interval60 (the default)
17 Print Long Section Title(the default)
18 Print Schedule Type(the default)
19 Print Instructional Method(the default)
20 Print Reg Start/End Dates(the default)
21 Print Control Report(the default)

      4. When you have finished entering the parameter values above, click the Next Section  icon. 

     5. Click the Save button on the bottom right of your screen.

      You will see a message at the bottom left of the screen: Look for Printout in yourname_swrunof_99999.lis.

      6. Open Report Viewer to view and/or print your report.
