View and/or Print Banner Reports
If you choose this second option, you will be asked to provide:
2. Click Submit.
3. Banner Report Viewer will open and you will be taken to your list of reports.
4. Click on one of the paper size options to the left of your report title. We recommend "LC" for Landscape Compressed in most cases.
Your report will open with Adobe Acrobat Reader, and you will be able to print and/or view it. To print, go up to "File" ---> "Print" at the top of your screen, or click on the Print icon. If you have trouble getting your report to open with Adobe Acrobat Reader, call the Help Desk at x4400. (You may need to download Adobe Acrobat Reader.)
If your job requires you to view Banner reports that others have created, here's how to access another users' reports:
Click on the “View Other Reports” link at the top of your list of reports.
Enter the Banner username of the person who ran the report you wish to view, and the Banner report name you wish to view.
Please note that you will not be able to access reports created by others if you do not have permission to view that report. For example, if you do not have the additional permissions required to run and view Banner HR reports, you also cannot view HR reports created by others.
Every report you have run in the last three working days will appear in Report Viewer, with your most recently-created report appearing at the top of the list. After three days, reports are purged automatically.
The date and time of the report's creation is listed on the far right of each line.
The "Size" column shows the number of characters in the report.
The "Last Modified" column indicates the date and time you submitted your report.
Your session in Report Viewer will expire after 3 hours of inactivity.
Since Report Viewer now handles username/password data, it is being moved from HTTP to HTTPS so that data will be encrypted

Clearing the cache of your browser is another recommended troubleshooting step if you are experiencing unusual behavior in Banner Report Viewer.
After three days, reports are purged (or deleted) automatically, but you can delete them sooner. To delete a report, click on the check box to the left of the report name, then click the Delete button at the bottom left corner of your list of reports.
